Hello, I’m Kyle Lee, founder of Lee Studio. With 20 years in architecture, I'm committed to creating practical design solutions that bring your ideas to life.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including esteemed names like Turnberry Homes Ltd, The Ambassador Group, Bellway Home, and Euro Garages Ltd, alongside public sector projects with the NHS, SEPA, and various councils. Each project has been a journey of collaboration and mutual growth.

My role typically involves guiding projects from the initial feasibility study through planning and warrant stages, coordinating with stakeholders such as structural engineers, civil engineers, contractors, local authorities, and specialist consultants. Facilitating effective communication and smooth coordination is key to delivering successful outcomes.

Outside of work, I volunteer with Seagull Trust, where I assist in organising canal cruises for vulnerable groups, a cause close to my heart.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taishanese, and Malay, I value building genuine connections with clients from diverse backgrounds. Whether you’re considering a residential extension, a loft conversion, or a new commercial venture, I’m here to support you through every step of the process.
